Technical information
We offer a bespoke service, making doors to customer's specific size requirements, anything up to 80" (2032mm) high x 48" (1219mm) wide.
The prices in the Shop page covers any size up to 78" x 33" (1981mmx838mm) .
Anything above 78" x 33", please use the Contact page to get in touch for a quote.
All our doors are 44mm thick and we use 22mm thick boards.
We only use FULL mortise & tenon joints
Stiles and rails are 95mm wide.
Each stable door is supplied with FREE window beading
The window apertures are ready to take double glazed (18mm) panels.
Note: we do not supply (or notch for) hinges, or supply and fit handles or letterboxes. The wood is untreated. We recommend you apply three coats of clear wood preserver to the door before you paint/stain.

Extras

Door frame £75 + £25 P&P. If you want a door with a separate door frame we need to know the measurement of the opening that both door & frame fit within - measure brick to brick on width and brick to top of sill on height. Our frames are made from 95x44mm, are supplied in 3 pieces and do not include the sill.

Hardwood sill £75 To include a sill with frame and door, supply the height measurement to the bottom of the sill.

Postage & packing
Delivery is by 48 hour courier and you will need to sign for delivery. The delivery company will not leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a shed etc, so please ensure you are in to accept delivery (8am-5.30pm). We will advise the exact delivery date nearer the time, unless you specify a date.
We are unable to deliver on an am or Saturday service.
We only deliver on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
